Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY

Forty-eight hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your event. Please be advised that if we do not have 48 hours' notice, there will be a 50% cancellation fee, and this is to cover the costs of any produce, short shelf-life products, and florals already bought for your order. 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will not be offering refunds to customers on their bookings; however, customers will be entitled to a credit note (no expiry date).  Please email us at admin@letsgetgrazin.com.au to discuss options for rebooking our services.
