HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place orders for our boxes and boards directly through our website. Please select the product of your choice and any add ons for your order.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We currently do not accept pick-up requests. If the delivery windows we offer don’t suit you, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

HOW DO I PAY?

When you place an order, you can make the payment via Credit Card or Paypal.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery fees are calculated by the distance from Preston, 3072 to the address being delivered too.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
 

All box orders must be placed 24 hours in advance to give enough time for preparation, 72 hours for platters/boards.

If you have an urgent order, please contact our Instagram @letsgetgrazin or email admin@letsgetgrazin.com.au, and we can further discuss availability.

 

Cut off for orders is 5 pm every day (eg. If you’d like your order delivered on Friday then the order must be placed latest Thursday before 5 pm).

WHAT TIME ARE DELIVERIES MADE?

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, even when requested by customers.

 

This is due to our driver’s workload, route schedules, traffic, and unforeseeable events.

 

Deliveries are made between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, 7 days a week.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY GRAZING BOX OR BOARD?

Absolutely! We welcome custom orders and can work with you to create a box or grazing board to better suit your event or occasion.

DO YOU CATER TO DIETARY REQUESTS?

Of course! Please select the dietary requirement via the drop-down box upon selecting your product.

 

Towards the end of the checkout, there is a section where you can further state/explain what not to include in the graze.

 

We offer Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Dairy-Free, and Halal options at an extra fee of $10.00.

Please note that as we do try our best to guarantee these requests; however, some products are produced/manufactured in shared facilities and equipment and may contain traces.

BOXES: ADD-ONS - HOW DO THEY WORK?

We offer flowers, teddy bears, balloons, and alcohol as add-on options. All add-ons are dependent on supplier availability. 

Wine/Beer add-ons: We offer various types of alcohol which are further detailed in the product descriptions; please note upon checkout which you are after purchasing.

Balloon add-ons: We provide helium-filled balloons for any occasion. Utilize our drop-down menu and we will try our best to accommodate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN’T HOME?

Please ensure to arrange a day of delivery and location where a recipient is guaranteed to be available to collect the order.

 

Suppose someone is not available to accept delivery, and the driver deems it safe to do so (unless otherwise advised at the time of purchase by the purchaser).

In that case, we will leave the order at the premises in a safe and visible place.

 

Items that could not be delivered will be returned to the Let’s Get Grazin’ kitchen.

 

Additional charges concerning producing, storing, or disposing of these items may apply.
